The Savage Gear Defiance SG2 Tai Rubber Cast is a technical boat rod developed for fishing with tai rubber, inchiku, and rubber jigs. The sensitive 24/30T carbon blank lets you precisely feel what your lure is doing, while the progressive bend ensures that bites are well transmitted and the pressure during the fight is nicely distributed. This allows you to fish convincingly for species like snapper and scorpionfish at depths between approximately 50 and 220 meters with relatively light gear.
