The Basix Coated Hooklink is a soft, flexible coated braided material that can be used for many presentations of bottom baits, wafters and pop-ups. Both the coating and the core of the material have a subtle “camo green” colour. The material will straighten nicely without having to steam it and has good anti tangle properties. The coating can also be easily removed to create a smooth pivot point for more movement in the hooklink. The material can easily be knotted without damaging the outer coating and in combination with the well-known fishing knots you can make a solid hooklink!
