The renowned brand Daiwa has added the EXT Carp to the Crosscast series, meaning that the part of this 2-piece rod that is telescopic is also telescopic to reduce the transport size! The Crosscast series is known for its hyper-sensitive, soft and thin 1k HMC+ carbon fibre blank, which is normally only found in the more expensive rods. A better (and of course nicer) recommendation for the carp fisher on the shorter distances is unthinkable, especially based on the relatively low price for the components used!
