The new Cormoran Smoker makes smoking fish even easier! The smoker comes with two racks, allowing you to smoke in two layers. The heat is well regulated by the adjustable opening on the lid handle and by the two double heating elements with lid. Ideal for the garden or on the balcony. The extra large drip pan prevents fat and liquid from burning and therefore negatively influencing the flavour.
