For lighter applications such as jigging, light bottom fishing or freshwater fishing, the smaller single-speed options are just as fast, offer ample line capacity (mono or braided line) and guarantee a lifetime of fun and effortless use. The rugged Tyrnos can handle all that the sea has to offer, with a sturdy aluminum frame, 4 A-RB bearings (anti-rust), extra-large stainless steel gears, an aluminum power handle with generous rubber grip, and considerable trolling power. 2-speed models shift smoothly and all models are equipped with a clearly audible clicker and a drag lever with a reassuring ratchet when adjusted. An additional adjustment knob allows precise adjustment of the preset slip for a perfect start to the fight.
