The Shakespeare Salt XT Bass Expedition rod is an exceptionally good multi-piece rod made with the best carbon to make the rod incredibly strong yet lightweight. Due to the use of key joints and the high quality carbon, the rod’s action is not adversely affected. In addition, the rod comes with special SW proof K-type guides to ensure that the line cannot get tangled around the rod, preventing knots or breaks. Also, a shorter transport length will help the traveling angler, but you can also easily store the rod in the car.
