We have set up a dedicated warranty page that you should use in case you want to return a product under warranty. Indicate “warranty” as the reason for the product. In addition, try to describe the damage as well and clearly as possible. We would also like to know what action you require from us.
As soon as we receive this request, we will process it and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
Fishdeal guarantees that the delivered products meet the quality requirements set by the manufacturer. The warranty offered by Fishdeal is the same as the manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
a) claims as a result of improper use;
b) claims as a result of deliberate damage; or
c) claims as a result of negligent treatment
Nor does this warranty cover claims as a result of repairs, modifications or alterations done by anyone other than Fishdeal, or without the consent of Fishdeal.
In exceptional cases, you may receive a defective product upon arrival. We will resolve this annoying situation quickly and properly. Make sure you have your order number and email address at hand. The order number can be found in the order confirmation you received by e-mail.
We have created a dedicated page for registering a damaged product. In this case, we would also like to receive a photo as proof, which you can easily upload on the same page. In case of damage, please select the reason “product is damaged”. After we have received your application, we will assess it and contact you as soon as possible.
Damage to products must always be reported in this way.
