The Minn Kota Traxxis is the workhorse among electric motors. The motor is equipped with a stepless speed control and a Maximizer which minimizes power consumption. This has enormous advantages, especially for trolling. All Traxxis models are equipped with a charge indicator so that you can see the overall condition of the battery at the push of a button. Furthermore, with the Traxxis, the friction is adjusted by means of a solid rotary knob that squeezes the shaft instead of pressing a friction plate. No electric motor is cooler or quieter than a Minn Kota. The extra large windings and collectors dissipate heat, resulting in cooler operation, longer battery life and longer engine life. Additionally the unique bearing system reduces friction, resulting in noise reduction. So quiet, you’ll never hear it coming. You can choose from:
