The top action of the rod dampens the waves perfectly, preventing unwanted activation of the sideplaner. During a fight the HMC+ carbon blank offers enough power to safely land the biggest predatory fish from the boat. Of course, this rod is also great for presenting large lures without a side-planer. The rod is finished with an EVA handle and an original Fuji DPS reel holder.
